The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring tasty guava jam that had my taste buds dancing! Plus, the cleanliness of the hotel could put a new penny to shame, and the location was an absolute winner!
While the microwave saga was frustrating, the staff's initial response was lacking. Plus, the bathroom setup felt more confusing than convenient, leaving us a bit baffled.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House in Shenandoah. The room was spacious, and I loved having the kitchenette to prepare snacks. Cleanliness was top-notch, which really stood out. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in, and the friendliness continued throughout my stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options available. The location is fantastic, close to shopping and dining. However, the microwave in my room didn't work properly, which was frustrating. Even after reporting it, the initial response was lackluster. They eventually replaced it, but it was inconvenient in the meantime. Also, I found the noise from the hallway a bit disruptive in the mornings. Overall, I had a good time despite the few hiccups.

The stay was overall pleasant, with very spacious rooms and nice amenities like a microwave and mini fridge. The big hot tub was a highlight for relaxation. While the breakfast had a tasty variety, the eggs weren't to my liking. The property did feel a bit out of the way, which made accessing local attractions a little tricky.
